Role Description
This is a part time or full-time licensed mental health therapist role at Emily Schupmann Counseling and Associates, PLLC located in Fort Worth, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions. You will maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to ethical and legal standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to create a safe and supportive environment for clients.
We are looking for dedicated mental health therapists who are ready to bring their expertise and energy to our team, combining company-provided marketing support with their own personal marketing initiatives to build a strong client base and make a meaningful difference in the community.

Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
Must possess a valid license as a mental health therapist in the state of Texas a related field from an accredited institution. (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC associate, LMFT associate or equivalent).
Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field.
Experience:
Prior clinical experience in a supervised setting (internships, practicums, etc.).
Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health issues.
Experience providing counseling or therapy in a clinical setting.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of therapeutic principles and practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Competence in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant technology.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Be able to work well with other clinicians in group practice
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
Ability to establish rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain client confidentiality.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities..
Strong ethics and adherence to professional codes of conduct.
Commitment to continued professional development and staying updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.
