Must possess a valid license as a mental health therapist in the state of Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC associate, LMFT associate or equivalent).
Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a related field.
Experience providing counseling or therapy in a clinical setting.
Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to establish rapport, demonstrate empathy, and maintain client confidentiality.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.
Strong ethics and adherence to professional codes of conduct.
Commitment to continued professional development and staying updated on the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy.
