Nic holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Wesleyan University. His approach to therapy is centered on the belief that small, incremental changes can lead to significant transformations. Nic emphasizes leveraging individual strengths to empower clients and foster personal growth.
Professionally, Nic has gained valuable experience through his practicum at the Texas Wesleyan Community Counseling Center and has been recognized on the Alpha Delta Honor Roll. Additionally, he has worked at a rehabilitation center, where he honed his skills in supporting individuals through various stages of recovery. Nic is EMDR-trained and has completed BRIEF solution-focused narrative training in London, where he also practiced narrative therapy, further enriching his therapeutic approach.
Nic views therapy as a collaborative process where his role is to provide clients with the tools to navigate challenges and solve problems independently. In his personal time, Nic enjoys playing tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. He also cherishes the companionship of his two doodles, who bring joy and balance to his life.
