Taylor is currently in her internship at Northcentral University (also known as National University) to earn her master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Taylor has her Bachelor of Arts in English and has been a public educator for almost a decade, as well as, worked at a mental health hospital ensuring patients received the best care possible. Known for her warmth, ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and compassion, Taylor creates a client-centered, safe therapeutic space that promotes healing, growth, and hope. Taylor believes that therapy is a collaborative approach in which she empowers her clients to find a healthy solution, reframe experiences, develop secure attachment, and create a lasting change. Taylor provides individual, couple, and family counseling and has experiences in issues such as parenting/family conflict, relational stress, communication barriers, unresolved childhood trauma, anxious or depressive behaviors, addiction, and adoption. She often uses interventions from Emotional-Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients navigate through their healing and growth. In her personal time, Taylor loves to read, spend time with her three children, and spend time outdoors. Life can often feel overwhelming and stressful, but you do not have to navigate the journey alone. Taylor offers low-fee sessions for individuals and couples at $50. Taylor can help you regain strength and find the positive ways through life's roughest waters.
